Relocated from Maryland to Pennsylvania 5 years ago. Had a head full of soft, healthy shoulder length hair,now my hair is dull,it tangles all the time, it's thinner and it sheds/breaks easily.Spent hundreds on hair products to soften and detangle but nothing works. I was told it's because of the hard water.What can I do to get my healthy,manageable hair to return. |
