Here's what I am using:

Liquid Liner Black pencil liner Ben Nye cream shadow Art Glitter

I powder my lids first, then put on my make up.... but then it runs! I'm getting frustrated! I anyone has any recommendations-- Animal friendly and veggie friendly please.

I really like the NYX auto pencil eye...it goes on like a cream but it stays on until I take it off and my eyelids are oily too

Use an eye primer. Revlon Colorstay is my economy product - works wonders and does not rub off, clean lines because the pencil is soft and precise and sets. Gel eyeliners are great for oilier skin types, too. Primer is the key
